Last updated 9 June 2026. These terms govern your purchase and use of products from creator.productnation.co, operated by ProductNation (Malaysia).
1. What you are buying
We sell digital products, currently the Kodak Dusk LUT pack. On successful payment you receive a license to download and use the files for your own personal and commercial video projects.
2. License and restrictions
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files in your own content. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or upload the files for others to download, in whole or in part. The files and all intellectual property remain owned by ProductNation.
3. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally. A download link is shown on the confirmation page and emailed to you, and stays available in your account under My Library. Lifetime access and free updates to the pack are included.
4. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the product is not right for you, email support@productnation.co within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Because this is a digital product, we may decline refund requests that show signs of abuse.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices may vary by region and are shown before checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use the products for unlawful purposes.
7. Liability
The products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProductNation is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the products or this site.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
