Terms of Service
Last updated 14 July 2026. These terms govern your purchase and use of products from creator.productnation.co, operated by Val Media Sdn Bhd (Company No. 201801039139 / 1301170-H), a company registered in Malaysia, trading as ProductNation.
1. What you are buying
We sell digital products and one companion physical item: the Pocket Cinematic course, the Kodak Dusk LUT pack, and the Founder Kit (course plus a Hollyland wireless mic, Malaysia only). On successful payment you receive a license to use the digital products in your own personal and commercial video projects; the Founder Kit also includes the physical mic box (see Refunds below).
2. License and restrictions
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files in your own content. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or upload the files for others to download, in whole or in part. The files and all intellectual property remain owned by ProductNation.
3. Delivery
Delivery depends on the product. The Kodak Dusk LUT pack is a download: the link is shown on the confirmation page, emailed to you, and stays available in your account under My Library, with lifetime access and free updates. The Pocket Cinematic course is streaming access in your account, available immediately after purchase, for life. The Founder Kit mic box ships to your Malaysian address within 14 days of purchase.
4. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the Kodak Dusk LUT pack. If it is not right for you, email support@productnation.co within 7 days of purchase. We honor genuine requests, and because it is a digital file we may decline refund requests that show signs of abuse.
The Pocket Cinematic course carries a 7-day conditional money-back guarantee: if you have watched less than one third of the course content, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase via the on-site Support chat or by email. Once more than one third of the course has been watched, the guarantee no longer applies (the course is a consumable digital product); in its place we make a learn-and-improve promise: follow the course, and if you are stuck or not improving, our team will personally support you until you get there. Watch progress recorded by the platform is the reference for the one-third threshold.
The Founder Kit includes a physical item (a Hollyland wireless mic). Course access in the kit follows the course policy above. The mic box itself is non-refundable once it has shipped; before the box ships you may cancel the kit order for a full refund.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices may vary by region and are shown before checkout. Payments are processed securely on this website by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use the products for unlawful purposes.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The products, including the course and all its materials, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will meet your expectations.
No guarantee of results. The course is educational. Any techniques, examples, figures, or outcomes shown are for illustration only and are not a promise or guarantee of results, income, audience growth, or success. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, equipment, and circumstances, which are outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProductNation, its team, and its partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the products or this site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the products is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
