Kodak Dusk LUT pack
The Kodak Dusk LUT pack comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If it is not right for you, email support@productnation.co within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you. Because it is a digital file, we may decline requests that show clear signs of abuse.
Pocket Cinematic course
The Pocket Cinematic course carries a 7-day conditional money-back guarantee. If you have watched less than one third of the course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase through the on-site Support chat or by email. Once more than one third has been watched, the guarantee no longer applies, because the course is a consumable digital product. In its place we make a learn-and-improve promise: follow the course, and if you are stuck or not improving, our team will personally support you until you get there. The watch progress recorded by the platform is the reference for the one-third threshold.
Founder Kit
The Founder Kit includes a physical item, a Hollyland wireless microphone. Course access inside the kit follows the course policy above. The microphone box itself is non-refundable once it has shipped. Before the box ships, you may cancel the kit order for a full refund.
Shipping and delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly: the Kodak Dusk LUT pack download link is shown on the confirmation page and emailed to you, and stays in your account under My Library; the Pocket Cinematic course is streaming access in your account, available immediately after purchase, for life. The Founder Kit mic box ships to your Malaysian address within 14 days of purchase, with shipping free of charge, and we email you the tracking link the moment it goes out. Physical shipping is available within Malaysia only.
How to request a refund
Email support@productnation.co, or use the Support chat at the bottom right of the site. Tell us the email you bought with and which product it is. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
