Privacy Policy
Last updated 9 June 2026. This explains what data creator.productnation.co, operated by ProductNation (Malaysia), collects and how it is used.
1. What we collect
When you buy or log in, we collect your email address and name, and your order details. Payment information (card details) is collected and processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We also collect basic usage data through analytics tools (see below).
2. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, the Meta Pixel, and the TikTok Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location, and on-site behavior (including session recordings and heatmaps via Microsoft Clarity). This helps us improve the product pages.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to deliver your purchase, provide support, give you access to your downloads, send you product updates and important account emails, and improve and market our products.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that run the store: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Vercel and Upstash (hosting and storage), and the analytics and advertising platforms named above. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@productnation.co. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of personalized ads through the settings of the relevant platforms.
6. Data retention
We keep your order and account data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
